Refund Policy
You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, Multicolor Studios will process a credit to your credit card less a 10% restocking fee.
We do not supply return labels or credit freight or original freight. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process once product has been received.
To request a return
Contact us to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email us!
Upon acceptance of your return request, an return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include, within the return packaging, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We stand behind our products! Multicolor Studios will gladly replace wall decals that are damaged or otherwise made unusable due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please contact us to request replacement merchandise within 30 days of your original purchase.
